Faces I Love

Such a full day, so many photos, but thought this one of a friend at the "cultural" gathering would fit Markus' new challenge of a portrait. We gathered at the Comandante's house for a lesson in making Brazilian moqueca and cashew farofa, plus an olive oil tasting, organised by our vet from the Canaries. Mike came late with his friend, Pete, who arrived on a day's visit on his way home to Yorkshire from Senegal. 

This afternoon was the procession for Palm Sunday. So different for us from last year, because now we know people, see extras for some smiling faces, including one of the Padre below the flat we used to live in...
