Notes: Went for very slow jog in the cold morning air - wheezing started as I got close to being back. Rest of day kept feeling worse - hot/cold, headache and scratchy throat. Quiet day mostly streaming and took bath. Tried lots of oils and homeopathic and went to bed early. Pic from New Orleans hotel elevator as the crew got thru race day.
