Notes: Long day, left Mic's around 11:30a for Debbies. Did 2 Neuroptimal neurofeedback sessions and then all 3 of us headed out - they dropped me at Reagan and went on to a HeartSync session. My flight delayed an hour, got in after 6p, Shirl was waiting for me. Back just after 7p, took quick shower, walked out to beach for brief sunset.
