half measures

Got loads done today, but all not quite how I wanted.

Up early to get car fixed.

A walk in Les Pilles where we found this half-eaten snake.

Back to pick up car and it wasn't ready.

Mirabel for lunch and transcription.

et Steph for a quick coffee.

Frantically made it to Les Pilles to lock in the hens for the night.

Started the chocolate truffle making process...Just have to leave the ganache overnight.
