Got up and made a pavlova for Steph coming tonight for tea. Then got the ganache I'd left last night and piped it into 1.5cm balls (or thereabouts). What a great feeling seeing them all laid out on the kitchen table. Maybe that's the next move - master chocolatière :)

Made butternut squash tart again with the épautre flour for the base. It is such a good recipe!
Steph came round for tea and we had a great evening of gossip :)
