BEFORE AND AFTER

A busy day with visits to the dr and the physio.  Both are very pleased with my progress.  Yippee Dooo!!
The moon is 94.8% if my moon website is to be believed.  I will accept it.
The extra was taken from the balcony with the sun setting and I thought it a beautiful sky.
