Hot Cross Bun Bread & Butter Pudding.....!

Served with my own homemade Vanilla Ice-Cream...
Simply delicious and so simple to make..
(I can vouch for that now that I've eaten a big bowl full)!!
Don't know why I never thought of this before....Hot Cross Buns are just ideal for this pudding as they are already spiced and have some fruit altho' I added lots more fruit and then soaked it in my vanilla flavour custard..!
