What to do on a wet and cold Easter Saturday

The weather today has been abysmal: wet and cold, so where better to spend some time than in Ocean Terminal shopping Centre.

Every Easter the centre (with the usually accurate prediction of bad weather in mind) puts on loads of entertainment for children as well as adults. This year the terminal is celebrating the ancient Egyptians, with loads of fun exhibits such as being crowned Tutankhamen and Cleopatra.

This afternoon, still keen to get some steps in, I walked into town, which included passing the racecourse, which had just finished its Easter Saturday race meet, so loads of race goers were leaving the course, again, in the cold, wet and windy weather.

Anyway, 10,000 steps completed, I am now relaxing back at home.
