Happy Easter

We had a bit of a yomp up to Scrabo Tower today - the steep path always leaves me absolutely punctured!

There were hundreds of boiled eggs smashed along the path, which we haven't noticed before. Some families seemed to have boiled and decorated a dozen eggs, but then just threw them against rocks to smash them! I have to confess we found it very wasteful... no egg eating at all. :(

I don't know how it happened this year, but we didn't have any Easter eggs. I think I check the cost per weight and being a greedy little chocoholic, I buy a more economic (!) big bar of chocolate instead! We've had a really lovely day though, including having granny round for dinner. Some holiday outings planned for next week, so I'll try to blip them!
