My boys

Robbie is on the left and Callum on the right. Both are missing fur from their necks as they have had blood taken for tests - Robbie has a well-controlled gastrointestinal condition, but Callum has kidney disease which is progressing quite quickly. He hasn't responded to any of the medications to counteract his lack of appetite and he is very thin. He has responded badly to some interventions and at present I'm not taking him to the vet for regular checks as the visits have distressed him and made him lose more weight. I don't know how much longer he has.

Today was our Easter open day at work. We were not inundated with visitors on a chilly wet day. However, the egg and spoon races were very popular and children (with parental help) enjoyed the Easter quiz. Let's hope we get better weather for our next open day.
