Snow joke...

.. Once again (after feeling perishing cold last night) we woke to a beautiful icy white blanket.
I love the snow, but even I am beginning to think that some warmth and sunshine would be beneficial for all life forms!

I am behind with both blips and comments.
A curious 'cold'/bug has infected our household. Just when we think we're probably better our legs return to feeling like two bits of wet string and we have all the energy of limp parsley.

Onwards though!

A lovely overheard comment in a rather gorgeous veggie restaurant recently, where someone was clearly celebrating a birthday...
Wife, over the menu and somewhat sadly: 'Well. I'm definitely into pensionable years now...'
Husband, over his menu: '...You're into vegetable ears??'.

Ah yes. Those delicious vegetable ears.
