A Very Good Friday

Making the most of our long weekend, Rich, Kie, Phil & I popped off to Harborne for some drinking shenanigans. After an underwhelming lunch in The Green Man (saved by Blind Pig being on offer for £2.50), we met up with Chloe and went in a mini crawl (Scott's of Harborne (where this sambuca was photographed & imbibed), The Paper Duck & Slug and Lettuce. Kie & Chloe had to leave early (lame) but Phil, Rich and I got probably too many 2-4-1 cocktails whilst waiting for Sarah and Jay to join us for a curry at Mela. I had the most delicious paneer, chickpea & pea curry (it's like it was designed specifically for me) and am now very, very full...
