Afternoon Tea

I've had an absolutely delightful day in Stafford today as Zoe, Ma, some of their buddies and I went for an early Mother's Day afternoon tea. Twas lovely to briefly see the kids in the park by the station, and Mom seemed to really love her cross stitched gift, huzzah! The afternoon tea was yummy too; I was particularly taken with a wedge of one of the most delicious lemon cakes I've ever had. 

In other news, my sister shaved her head yesterday to raise money for Alzheimer's Society. If you have a bit of spare dosh, I know she'd appreciate it, and it's a wonderful cause. Her JustGiving page is over here.
