Sleeping swan

Stamford again today... I'm there quite a bit at the moment!

I had a meeting with someone I had met at a networking event and then, another networking event.  I saw this chap in-between meetings and there is something quite serene about him (or her). 

First meeting, I should never have let  happen, had that sixth sense not to meet up - the hour basically spent trying to sell me a pyramid sales scheme is an hour of my life I won't get back.  Annoyed not to have trusted my senses. 

Second meeting was more productive (and yet these networking events are yet to produce a client...) 

Back home in the sun for a lovely afternoon with the boys, the youngest was exhausted from a morning having fun with the childminder and needed about half an hour of cuddles to perk up (I didn't complain).  The eldest who is utterly happy when digging in the garden merrily did that - and swept what is to be the vegetable patch..... Both have gone to bed without a bath as it was too nice outside to come in at bath time and at dinner, the eldest dissolved into tears and said he was tired and wanted bed.  So we did just that.
