Portage Bay

Looking East while walking over the University Bridge, I always stop to look at any rowers out there… I miss being down there on the water in this spot with the double layer of floating homes to look at.    But it’s OK… most days now it would be an easy decision..too cold, too windy, too wet .  Leave it for the island now.   I think those are scaups in the lower left corner.  And on a nicer day you’d see the Cascade mountains.  Supposed to be a big storm approaching.
