Not the Blip I'd intended posting today!

The plan was to walk down to the Luminarium, go in, have a leisurely wander, take photos and then come home! How naive of me! I should have known that I'd need to have arrived there much earlier than the 15 minutes  I'd allowed before it was due to open. When I arrived, the queue was already massive, as shown by this shot.

From what I heard, it probably would have been around 2:30 PM before I was let in, which would not leave much time to look around and take pics before having to come home to get ready for work. Not only that, it was blowing an absolute gale on the Brayford, and things were blowing around! 

So I had to give it up as a bad job, and probably won't get in there now. If I do attempt it again I will pre-book my ticket. Though there were long queues to collect them too, it wasn't anywhere near as bad!
