Proud boy!

I think Toby is very proud of himself here because he has walked through endless fields of sheep and lambs (some very close) and he never hinted at chasing once! Just looked! It did mean that he never really got off the lead but I think it was good practise for him.
Our usual spot to leave the car (at Bardon) was full so we went a little further and walked along the river in the opposite direction. A section that I enjoy but haven't walked for a very long time. We walked to Burnsal then turned back. (The flaw with this walk. You end up returning the same way.)
I dropped the boy back home happy and muddy! Then went home and packed to go up the Scotland.
Jodie has not left my side since I arrived!! (And I'm now in bed!!;)
