come on sweep them up!

The wind has been a bit wild the last couple of days....but one plus is that it has blown all the leaves on the patio into this neat heap right outside the conservatory doors.

Up and out for the bait this morning and then back home to meet hairsprayqueen and Charlotte. They had dropped the S & H at a friends house....he's off for a stag weekend snowboarding, rock climbing etc. They stayed until just after lunch time and everyone took a turn playing with Charlie.

The day has been bright and sunny but bloody cold.

The Daughter made dinner tonight.....a chicken and ham pie from the Hairy Bikers diet book....and very nice it was too. Afterwards we went out side and caught a glimpse of the ISS passing....and we've just watched a fire work display from a birthday party somewhere near. All of this has been a surprise as the weather forcast says we should be having rain by now....no doubt it will be here in time for my fishing match tomorrow.

No trick or treaters yet maybe they're all waiting for the actual day before venturing out.

No further news on the car front....is that a good thing or a bad thing?
