Dreadful day. Weather better than yesterday and did manage to clean the hoover and filter and sowed some seeds but entirely out of sorts and just drove nowhere in particular as a kind of nullification. I thought I wanted to see the sea but when I got there I couldn’t have cared less and then just wanted to get home and could barely be bothered to do that either. Debilitating.
