Eating a Rainbow

Strange urge to detox my whole life overcame me today. Deleted my twitter and (to the horror of all I have told) my LinkedIn accounts and all time sapping phone apps. And ate a healthy salad for lunch and for dinner. Even off loaded my yoga mat out of boot and into hotel room though haven’t actually unrolled it yet.
