Spa Time

Good day at work - just 3 delegates in my advanced statistics class gave it a more relaxed feel than normal!
Slipped round the corner after work to a great Spa I recently discovered for a back and shoulder massage - ouch - apparently I am very knotty!!
Actually did a few minutes yoga this morning so continuing with strange zen urge that has come over me :-)
