Leisure time

Well, who wouldn’t feel a trifle bedraggled, stuck out on the common in the weather we’ve suffered in the past few days.
Not that this donkey on Canada Common on the edge of the New Forest National Park seemed too bothered, and paused only momentarily from the task in hand when I appeared only yards away with camera at the ready.
Keep grazing, seemed to be much more on this animal’s mind rather than be concerned about me being nearby finding it very muddy and so slippery underfoot that it was difficult to keep my balance, and focus on the donkey.
At least he had the grace to stay put and allow me to fire the camera without turning away.
