No More!

This is the last time I will feed you!

It is cold so I started to feed the birds again today. It didnt take long for the birds to arrive and I stood out on the deck just for the sheer enjoyment of seeing them feeding with all their little squabbles.

It is always difficult to photograph them in a dark area under the trees with the early morning sun behind them.

When I got the pics up on the screen I could see the bird at centre with something coming from its beak and into the beak of the smaller one beside it. Obviously the young one was hopeful, pestered and succeeded but I should imagine it would be the last time. I saw later that it could eat the seed quite happily.
