Nature's Art

This exquisite piece of sculptural art is a wasps' nest hidden behind an air vent in our loft:-)   Sadly, the wasps had to be dealt with last summer, so TJ took the opportunity to get rid of the nest.  The inside was even more amazing, with hundreds of tiny combs and the whole thing weighed only a few grammes.  

It's all part of the massive clear our we're having prior to moving later in the summer.  While TJ was sorting out the loft, I was busy packing up even more books for the charity shops.  They were mostly Reader's Digest collections and Condensed Books, inherited from my Mum and both she and I had read every single one of them!  Hope someone else will get lots of pleasure from them.
