It's golden crowned kinglet week!

And of course at the start of the walk:there it was , right on a low branch on my own apple tree! A perfect shot. Except the camera wouldn't focus- one of t's little fits. And it slipped into the next tree on the far side . No photo. 
Sooo... a half hour later there they were , up at the top of some rather tall trees. scampering from branch to branch after bugs It's pretty heavily cropped but it helped ID them not as the warblers I hoped I was seeing but a small flock of golden crowned kinglets- the early spring visitors I first saw a few years ago by the railroad tracks.They are amazing little birds, and so very tiny.
