I finally took the plunge today and bought a new laptop. Mine has been slowly giving up since it caught a virus three years ago which caused it to becompletely re-built. At six years old it's a bit of an old beast anyway, and has now become too slow and clunky to use (especially as I need to use it three days each week for work!). It was such a daunting decision and expense, but I'm really pleased with it. Now starts the long task of transferring files.

After a hellish hour spent in Asda, G and I spent the day round at my Mum's; a day which saw the first wood fire of the season.
