Bye bye winter tyres!

Summer is almost here - you maybe know the time, that there is no snow or ice in the ground? If lucky, there is some sunlight and warm wind too...

Mandatory to use summer tyres in summer time and winter tyres in winter. So our son changed the tyres into our both cars with his dad.
Then they made short visit to grandparents' and made the same task there, while I washed our winter tyres. In the blip they are drying up and soon about to go into our garage.

Normally we have changed tyres for one car now and for another one after 1-2 weeks to avoid late winter weather... But this year the spring has been so long, cold & late that we decided to do both cars

I wonder if this was a good idea :/

Anyway, I made a short drive with my car, and how good it felt to drive! Summer tyres make steering so firm and car so silent. Lovely.

So, Bye bye steel staple tyres - until we meet again!


Let's hope there will be no snow, nor ice anymore!
