Unexpected

Imagine our surprise when we bumped into a rather dashing Ronald Reagan in Budapest today! It seems he's quite popular there due to the part he played in ending communism, officially for 'bringing the Cold War to a conclusion and for the fact that Hungary regained its sovereignty in the process'.  Ironically, though, he apparently never visited the country himself.

Another busy day of sightseeing and food consumption and a lot of walking (over our three days there we walked 25 miles!)  We had a great break and a lot of laughs. Home again now to a somewhat cooler UK but looking forward to more sun in the week ahead.
