As The Sun Set On An All Round Good Day

Finally a feeling of spring arriving so I made the most of the sunshine and gave China a warm shower and a good clean...he was positively shining at the end of it.

This afternoon we took China to another yard for a lesson with another instructor Ken who I have watched before but not had a lesson with. China started the session with his eyes on stalks and a little tense, but it didn’t take long for him to settle and relax and we had a fab session (extra). Ken really liked China and feels that he has real potential and with some work he will make a great dressage horse. He gave me lots of good exercises to do and I am really looking forward to the next session in June.

It was a beautiful evening as the sun set on an all round good day.
