Lemon Drizzle Cake ....

Spent the entire evening baking cakes etc for my last day at work tomorrow. I still can't quite get my head around it being my last day at work, or the fact that in a few weeks time we are going to have a baby. I wonder when it is actually going to hit home?!

Baking cakes has previously been fun but tonight it was hard work and it made me grumpy! I made a hell of a mess in the kitchen. Pegs enjoyed all the crumbs though!

I made Lemon Drizzle cake, Mocha Choca Cake, Flap Jacks (again!) and Rocky Road aquares. That should keep them quiet for a bit!
