Yay! It posted! Whew

Ok. Many many anniversaries ago we were able to go to Jamaica. There we learned much about bananas. I had always thought that bananas grew on banana trees. Nope. They are banana 'plants' made up of pseudostems. Each pseudostem produces one bunch of bananas then it dies. We also learned that the bunch of bananas has an umbilical cord. When I came axross this banana plant today, it brought back banana fact memories. I am pleased to share my banana knowledge with you all!

As today is our anniversary, we decided to have a nice dinner here at the resort. Half way through eating we were told that we were being evacuated due to a tsunami
warning! So, we went to the room, grabbed a few things then headed up to the evacuation site. Finally got to go back to our room at 1am. We were just happy that all was well!!
