Hello everyone!!
I am coming to you from the Ritz Carlton Maui Hawaii!!!!
We are here for our 23rd anniversary :)
I could have posted a typical Hawaii photo but this is kind of awesome....
We didn't know this big event was happening today until a couple days before we got here. At first I was thinking, "ugh...so many people at the resort on our anniversary" but it was really fun and exciting to watch!! Xterra World Championship is an annual triathlon. The mile swim started at 9am this morning. Then it was off for a 18.89 mile mountain bike ride then a 5+ mile run. It was very warm today and I don't know how they do it! This gal was the female winner the past couple of years. She is from Scotland. She ended up winning again this year!! Pretty cool.

Today is our anniversary and we have had a wonderful day so far! Off to dinner soon. Hope to post some Hawaiian photos this week :)
