Westport Beach, Towards Machrihanish (Vastness EP2

12.9C with the rain and overnight gales (gusts to 57 mph) clearing earlier than forecast to give a bright, breezy, sunny day. Wind S/SSE to 29 mph with gusts to 38 mph.

Apothecary7's day off.

We went to Westport beach mid morning and had a long walk along towards Machrihanish.
Fergus had a good run about and today excelled himself by disappearing into the dunes so I had to go and look for him. I found him pottering about in the long grasses out of sight of the beach, quite happy with himself.

We went to Glenbarr for lunch and we tried sitting in the hothouse. Lovely and warm, and a very nice lunch too. Fergus met more people and had a huge bowl of fresh water all to himself.

Afternoon at home.
Later Apothecary7 was painting. Van Morrison was the accompanying musical background.
