A Host of .......

..... golden daffodils:-)  I bought these bunches of daffodils at a local farm gate for 25p for 10, so splashed out on 6 bunches.  They are starting to open out now and so far only two of them have dared to be different (see Extra).  I don't mind, as I love them all.

Friend L. collected me from home today and we went to Dundee for a bit of retail therapy and then on to lunch at the Pine Cone Café, near Templeton Woods.  We managed to stretch lunch for nearly three hours as we caught up on the chat, but it wasn't busy so nobody minded.

Came home to find the workmen busy scraping the harling off the garage, a huge job as it wasn't applied properly by the original builder.  It will be re-done tomorrow, weather permitting, so the garage will look much smarter we hope:-)
