Spring at Last

Others further south may be talking of the arrival of summer, but for us it's Spring that's only just arrived:-)  These tête à tête daffodils are blooming their little hearts out now, having been really slow to appear.

The gap in the paving here is not to bury a body (tempting as that might be on occasions!) but is the progress of the builders in re-laying the paving slabs:-)  They have to be nice and flat and even so that the new shed can go up next month.
