Second attempt following Fridays disaster

This was made using the same recipe. However I burned Fridays and I feel I may have under-cooked this batch.

It tastes ok - very sweet and creamy but the texture is too soft.

Aw well there is always next year, as I am making no more tablet this year.

I still have some stuff left for treacle toffee but I am not feeling very confident.
