Long Day

Up at 0530 to get to client for 0730. Trained till 4 then taxi to airport. Suddenly felt totally exhausted. Felt strangely nervous after yesterday’s woman-sucked-from-window-of-plane incident to find I had been allocated the ‘engine view’ row. Stupid I know. By time had reunited with car in the Long Stay at 9pm felt too tired to drive and googled for last minute hotel rooms at Heathrow...they were all ridiculously priced so I had to drive anyway! Got to hotel at 1130 or so and crashed out. Very strangely woke up again at 1:30am properly screaming from a nightmare...not like me. Heart was beating alarmingly fast and had to breathe slowly for quite a while to calm it down. Too much coffee maybe? Or too much stress or too much exhaustion perhaps.
Anyway still alive! Only 10 days to go till a holiday.
