Swings and Roundabouts

After yesterday’s shitty travel, woke up feeling a bit ap better. Breakfast delivered to room, some meditation and a little bit of space to prepare for today’s job settled me. Delivered a pretty successful key note speech (I think!) at a conference and then departed to arrive in good time at hotel ready for tomorrow. This is the 1 in 100 awesome £85 room. Check out the hotel...this is just the back door. Sitting on the terrace in the ridiculously hot evening drinking Sauv Blanc, admiring the landscapes view and feeling healed :-)
