to be in Demand

When on a canal boat I find that there is heavy demand for the banana bread that I bake.  Our last canal holiday was no exception.

So upon my return home I have been busy producing six of these beauties for a number of events that are forthcoming such as the Manx TT Teas that are laid on in aid of our local Church.  In the near future I will be hosting a beekeepers tea at my home and this banana bread also goes down very nicely with the beekeepers.
