Over 500 years old.

This is the entrance to Oxburgh Hall. The original doors from when the house was built in 1482. Imagine all the people who have passed through them - from peasants to royalty. They are still closed each evening (there is a small door in the right hand one for pedestrians). When the house is open they are back against the wall and  people tend to walk past without noticing them. As the house is closed for at least another week  they are shut and can be seen properly - albeit at a distance as the bridge is closed to anyone not wearing a hard hat.
