Sunny morning

What a change from yesterday. I got up early and went down to the lakeside. Beautifully clear conditions. This is Skiddaw with Crow Park in the foreground.

One of the extras is Derwentwater. The other is a little bit of drama shortly after I got home. There was a traffic accident and the Air Ambulance were soon on the scene. This helicopter appeared just a few dozen metres behind my garden; I have no idea where it found room to land.
