We needed to check out by 11 so we managed an early trip to the castle beforehand. The weather was glorious, clear blue sky and waaaay warmer than yesterday.

Had some tea and cake in Bute Park and admired the magnolia trees, then picked up some of the best custard tarts and headed back to Bristol.

We had a walk around the cemetery near my house and then along North Street, stopping for some (a lot!) nachos at VX.

Graham got home from work and wanted dinner in the park so we packed up the food and headed out for the evening.
