Luxury

I'm sure I read somewhere that the former Dazzle ship was being refurbished and turned into a luxury floating hotel.....

But I only had to rotate by 180 degrees to be watching about a dozen martins zooming about over Victoria Dock. Welcome back, little ones. What a treat to watch them. I assumed they were of the house  variety but having looked at the book I think they may have been sand , as I didn't see any white rumps - no chance of a photo, of course!
