New born

This lamb was only born a few minutes before I took its photo but it was already alert and not too wobbly on its feet. They were over a wall and fence but spotted me so this was a one shot and move on.  I returned 30 minutes later and they were OK !

After a wet afternoon it was a sunny evening with many birds about. I was quite pleased with an in  flight Meadow Pipit that did a near hover to check who I was (Extra Photo)

It was also a great place for plane spotting and I even managed to get the Emirates A380 landing at Manchester (Extra photo)
