Yes, just an emergency blip I'm afraid.  Lots of household jobs out of the way this morning as well as burning the toast big style, the house smells awful, and then an afternoon of relaxation at the cinema with S & H.  It was a toss up between seeing Helen Mirren and Donald Sutherland in the 'Leisure Seeker' (Travelling in their family Leisure Seeker vintage recreational vehicle, John and Ella Spencer take one last road trip from Boston to the Hemingway House in the Florida Keys before his Alzheimer's and her cancer can catch up with them) or
'The Guernsey Literary Potato Peel Pie Society'  (In 1946 a London-based writer begins exchanging letters with residents on the island of Guernsey, which was German-occupied during WWII. Feeling compelled to visit the island, she starts to get a picture of what it was like during the occupation).

We chose the latter and thoroughly enjoyed it.  I thought of SadlerStar and his family living in such a gorgeous place.

Back home late so no time for a more interesting Blip than my lovely Tulips  ......... and the house still smells awful.
