Blooming Lovely

The tops of the cliffs in Saltdean are an array of colour at the moment with all the flowers that are in bloom so I stopped off on my way back from swimming to get my Blip.

Nothing else to report today as I’m working the late shift - it’s been very busy, but that’s good. Oh and I had my third ultrasound therapy on my Achilles tendon and will start the acupuncture next week.

Still behind on Blip, I do apologise but there just doesn’t seem enough hours in the day at the moment. Hope you’re all ok!
