cats!

the reasons we have cats is because there are mice to be caught. and the mice haven't stood a chance with these two ladies around. although i don't think they're well treated here because they have a serious trust issue with humans. can't even pet them without a hiss.

they also don't have names.

the power was out from 10am - 3pm. five hours without the fan and the heat just zap the energy out of me.

i think i'll turn in early today.
