Tears for Toronto

A sad, sad day in Toronto & Canada. Details are emerging about this horrific attack of vehicular manslaughter on a gorgeous sunny spring day. The city/province is shrouded in mist, tears and rain - which is very appropriate for how we are all feeling. So disillusioned with some parts of humanity. I believe burning in hell for these souls, and enlightenment for those others who care and help those around them. I did have to teach both yoga and aquafit tonight. I had great people/turnout and ended yoga with a lovely inspirational quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson while in savasna - it seems very appropriate.
