A VERY SAD DAY

I phoned the hospital at 7:30pm to ask how Mum got on last night and they seemed to be quite pleased with her. So, after breakfast, I headed off for a walk round the park to enjoy the lovely sunny weather. Then, as I got home, the hospital phoned to tell me that Mum passed away peacefully around 9:30am. We’re still trying to take it in. R. I. P. Mum!
