Lines for Abstract Thursday

Went to see The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society this afternoon. It was okay, bit overlong and l think the book would probably be better.
This evening l’m going to the launch of our newly furnished local pub for a glass or two of prosecco and to see three photographs of the village that l took last year. They have been enlarged and framed to be hung on the walls!
Had a quick peak at them this morning and they look okay, it was all very last minute when l entered them into a little local competition run by the pub with a few minutes to spare before the deadline.
My extra isn’t a great shot of it as there was a lot of reflection .
After that it’s the WI and we are making chocolate truffles with someone from The House of Chocolate, so the diets out of the window this evening.
